Handwara administration starts massive  macadamization of Roads in Tehsil Zachaldara area Specifically Rajpora inner links  has been macdamised by R&B DIV Handwara  which is a seigh of relief for the people. 
 This road has been black topped for a carriageway of 3.65mm. The residents of area are very much thankful to the district administration Kupwara and Sub District Administration Handwara. 


Meanwhile residents of area are highly thankful to R&B Division Handwara  especially Exn Suhail Ahmad ,Concerned Mohd Shafi Other Staff and Employees of   Construction Agency who left no stone unturned for the completion of this project. 


The locals of the area lauded the initiative saying that it solves many of their problems, one of them being accidents on the road due to potholes. 


People had a lot of troubles, there were accidents taking place here every now and then. We appreciate the work being done," said imtiyaz Ahmad who was present at the site to witness a first-hand account of the work.

Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan commences at SDH Kupwara Shakir bhat Kupwara, 17 Sep:  Month long Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan Commenced in SDH Kupwara today with multifarious activities and awareness campaigns held on day one throughout the district. Mega awareness rally on Drug Abuse was flagged-off by the Medical Superintendent SDH Kupwara Dr Ab Gani, Afhc  Councilor  Miss Shabnum Ara, SDH Kupwara  Doctors, SDH Paramedic Staff, SDH Students along NGOs besides citizens participated.
